Sekiryukan recently commissioned a book to celebrate the 350th anniversary of Sosuishi-ryu: The challenge of Sekiryukan ? a thousand-point judo match written by Masaru Negami in association with Manzo Shitama, 16th Master of Sosuishi-ryu Jujutsu. This book investigates the origins of Senbondori and also examines Sekiryukan’s history and its survival in the modern world. Although of particular interest to anyone involved with Jujutsu, The challenge of Sekiryukan is accessible to those with no knowledge of Judo or Sekiryukan. |
